I am Russian citizen. I am English-Russian teacher in Russia. I would like to teach English in Turkey but my diploma is not valid in Turkey. If i take Celta certificate can i teach English in Turkey? Is Celta certificate valid in Turkey so that i can be an English teacher in Turkey? If yes, at where it is valid?
