Hi Tato,
The first step is to fill in an application form. In the form, you will put the dates of the course you are applying for, eg. (if we are talking about BKC-IH Moscow Teacher Training Centre) starting from September 5th, you can apply for the 23 January - 17 February, 2012 (full-time) and 20 February - 27 April, 2012 (part-time) courses.
