Dear BKC-IH Staff!
I am currently considering taking the CELTA intensive course in either Washington DC or at your center in Moscow. What is the cost (in US dollars) of taking the course at your center? Also, could you please tell me what is the acceptance rate of BKC-IH trained teachers to the TEFL program at BKC-IH? What are my chances of being hired if I do pass the CELTA course? Finally, if I desire to be hired by BKC-IH, is it all right to apply for the August to September CELTA session? Thank you, -Alexei

Thank you for your interest in our school and your questions.
The cost of the course includes the tuition and Cambridge registration fees, it is calculated in the British Pounds, GBP880. The current exchange rate is GBP1=US$1.92. You should also keep in mind travel, visa and accommodation expenses.
We are very happy to employ teachers from our courses, but we require them to go through the standard recruitment procedure: we ask for a copy of cv, references from their trainers and arrange a recruitment interview. We do not discriminate between Certificates gained in our Centre or any other one around the world. The number of teachers accepted after our courses varies from course to course, I would say we have a half of the course on average.
You will have roughly equal chances to get a position after any of the courses. You can take an August or September course and be employed at BKC IH Moscow if you show good results.

I am interested to study in your center in order to enble me to teach english in moscow. I love to live and work in Russia.
Tell me what I should do? Right now I am coming to moscow for tour to study the environment. I will be in moscow next week between 29-31. Can I pay a visit to your center? We are three men.
