i'm interested in getting celta?i live near Khabarovsk.where do i get celta?how to escape fly-by-nights.i graduated the Khabarovsk Teachers'Training University in 2005.have been teaching for 5 years at High School in Russia,2-11 grades.is it possible to do distance education to get celta?how to apply?where's the nearest center?
